You have a 30 day grace period from the time of your initial deposit to cancel your reservation without penalty. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation without refund. Otherwise, the only way to receive a full refund is to obtain a replacement. If the trip you select is canceled by USA Luxury Tours, you will receive a full refund! Payment within 30 days of your trip MUST be in the form of a certified check, money order or cash!

How to use this form:
 
1)  Print form from your computer


2)  Fill out form and make sure it is completed properly
    
Form check list:
- included name of roommate (if no roommate, put "n/a")
- included trip name and year

- signed and dated cancellation policy
 
3)  Write check or money order for your deposit to reserve your seat.

     
4)  Mail completed form with deposit check/money order   

Deposits required for all trips are $100 deposit. 

Please include the tour name on your check or money order.

 A payment schedule will be mailed to you once we receive your form and deposit
